When making an appointment that costs €100 or more, I work with down payments for all customers. This will be 50% of the estimated minimum amount. If something comes up and you want to reschedule the appointment? As long as you notify me at least 24 hours in advance, this is possible free of charge, your deposit will then be transferred to your next appointment. If you reschedule within 24 hours before the start of the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will therefore not be refunded.

If you are 15 minutes later than your appointment, I will unfortunately have to consider the appointment as cancelled.

Complete cancellation is also possible, free of charge as long as you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be refunded.

The down payment will of course be deducted from the total price. For colors, the final total price will be discussed during the consultation so that you will not be faced with any surprises.
